Hi, I'm Caty and I lead this circus.
Foodie, graphic designer, storyteller and photography amateur is a summary of what you will find here, a circus full of recipes, stories and spectacle. Señoras y señores, mesdames et messieurs, ladies and gentlemen, welcome to Circus day, I hope you like the show.
[English below]

Is it really 12 grapes for each of us? she asked__, __Yes, 12 grapes for each of us__ he told her, __and where did we get them from? she said with a smile, __mmm! __he only answered, and continued walking through the boys' residence until he reached the kitchen, he knew that there must be something there that even if it wasn't grapes, it would serve them anyway, although almost all the boys had gone to celebrate the holidays with their families, in the residences there were boys and girls who had not been able to leave, due to whatever circumstances, and that year they dared to throw a small party in the boys' residence, the girls had snuck in and they welcomed them, even if there were no grapes for everyone they would find a way to end the year well and start the new one, they hoped that the janitor was already asleep and did not make the usual rounds, they did not want to be punished.
The cold room was open, it puzzled them but they still opened the door to see if they could get the grapes, inside there were all kinds of fruit but no grapes, it was very cold, and after a quick look they took the blueberries, without noticing if there was anyone else, __What do we do now?__ she said whispering, __Well go back to the living room, what else?__ he said a little tired of her. A noise startled them and made the scene accelerate, they ran down the long corridor that led to the living room noticing behind them that the noise was getting louder and louder, approaching quickly, they feared the worst, about to reach the living room they stopped suddenly, who was carrying the blueberries?.
🔔🔔🔔🔔🔔🔔 👑 🔔🔔🔔🔔🔔🔔
It is a super easy dessert to make, I did not put grapes and blueberries because then you had to take the grapes and it seemed too much but it is up to the consumer, I like blueberries more, I put rose petals for love and edible gold dust for money, I gave shape to the bell cookies but if it is done for another occasion you can change it for the one you like, the bell goes with a little white chocolate for good vibes and confetti for being a celebration of the end of the year, I had no cotillion to put inside the circle and that was more end of the year but it is a good way to decorate too, and if we put more desire you can also put some chocolate coins or whatever you like to attract good luck for the end of the year and new year, to take to the party is a great dessert and very rich, I hope you like it and have a wonderful 2024.

Gluten free
Ingredients
2 puff pastry doughs (round) gluten-free
1 white chocolate bar (for melting)
400 ml. whipping cream (very cold)
250 g. mascarpone
1 sachet of powdered gelatine
100 ml. water
Powdered sugar
Decoration:
Blueberries (or grapes)
Caramel confetti
Rose petals
Edible golden powder
Method
With two tablespoons of water, melt the powdered gelatin, with the remaining water heat without boiling, either in a saucepan or in the microwave, add the gelatin and stir until well diluted, let cool slightly. Meanwhile whip the cream, add the powdered sugar and the gelatine in a trickle, finally add and mix the mascarpone. Put into pastry bags and refrigerate.
In the meantime make the puff pastry dough. Make 2 large circles with the puff pastry, use the leftovers to make the bells (with a pastry cutter). Put the circles and the bells between two baking trays, with baking paper, to prevent the puff pastry from rising. Bake at 180º C for 45 minutes, but after half an hour, make sure the dough is cooked and does not burn. Once cooked, remove from the oven and let it cool.
Melt the white chocolate and decorate the bells, with the remaining chocolate brush the puff pastry circles. Allow to cool.
When the cream is very cold, it will have a firmer consistency and you can start filling the puff pastry rings, a puff pastry base, cream filling, another puff pastry base and more cream filling. On top of this cream, decorate with bells, confetti, rose petals and gold dust. Let cool in the refrigerator until serving time.

In the quiet neighbourhood of Kyoto, where cherry blossoms bloom gracefully and ancient temples tell stories of bygone eras, lived the Matsuda family, a large and boisterous family always looking for new adventures. The patriarch, Takeshi, dreamed of taking his family on an unforgettable trip to Tokyo, Japan's vibrant capital.
Takeshi's desire grew stronger every day, but his family did not share the same excitement. The grandmother, Yuki, preferred the tranquillity of her garden, while the teenagers, Hiroshi and Akiko, were more interested in their own affairs. However, little Mei, a curious five-year-old, was excited by the idea of exploring new places. One day, during a family gathering, Takeshi announced that they would finally take their long-awaited trip to Tokyo. The news created a buzz of excitement in the Matsuda household, and each member of the family began to prepare for the adventure.
On the eve of the trip, Grandma Yuki insisted on taking Mei to a downtown bakery to buy a special dessert called a "towel crepe roll". This delicious Japanese delicacy unfolded like a thin towel, revealing layers of cream and fruit. Mei was fascinated and promised to savour every bite with gratitude. The morning of the journey arrived, and the Matsuda family, dressed in traditional kimonos, embarked on the journey to Tokyo. However, family harmony was thrown off balance when Mei, excited by the prospect of new adventures, got lost in the airport crowd.
Panic gripped the family, but soon the brave Mei was found by a kindly old man sitting under an ancient tree in the airport courtyard. The old man, a wise connoisseur of Japanese traditions, calmed worried hearts and guided the family to the boarding gate. In Tokyo, the Matsuda family explored the bustling markets and quiet gardens, as well as the temples filled with tourists like themselves.
Meanwhile, Akiko crossed paths with a handsome Japanese man named Hiroto. Although she was instantly attracted to him, Hiroto did not share the same feelings and did not like seeing Akiko glued to him. Despite the disappointment, Akiko moved on, she was always positive. Back home, the Matsuda family cherished their togetherness and shared memories more than ever.

Sitting on a park bench, admiring the blue sky that day, inviting us to be out of the house, out of the office or anywhere that enclosed us without being able to appreciate it, feeling the sun on our bodies and hearing people enjoying it as I did.
On the bench next to us sat a group of young guys, talking about the beauty of their girls, the joy of modern music or the next steps they would take to have a fun summer. mmmmm! Plans, plans, plans...
Further down, on the freshly mowed grass, sat sweaty and happy cyclists, eating a granola to re-energise themselves and keep on pedalling.
At the picnic table, the family, a large one, with children and grandparents, preparing to enjoy good food and a day of fun and games. It must have been exciting for everyone as they didn't stop for a moment and were gesticulating or clapping when someone spoke. yeah! energy, energy, energy...
Next to the river was the other group, this time of girls, young, beautiful and full of illusion, although they were far away from me you could feel their energy, they were listening and swaying to the sound of music, some of them singing the song, I didn't get to hear it, so I imagined that it could be a K-pop group because of their clothes.
Imagining or inventing the dialogues of all of them is something I like to do, ___Honey! have you told your parents that next year we will be one more?___ or ___have you listened to the latest Blackpink?__ or___are you going to ask the new girl to the prom? That energy that we people give off when we are together, in harmony with that blue sky, is something that makes us unique, don't you think?
Granola is a delicious food that has become very popular in recent years. It is a mixture of natural ingredients, such as oats, nuts, seeds and honey, which is baked for a crunchy texture and delicious taste.
The origin of granola dates back to the 19th century, when Swiss physician Maximilian Bircher-Benner developed a recipe based on raw oats, fruits and nuts to feed his patients. This mixture became an energising and nutritious food, and over time evolved into the granola we know today.
It has become very popular due to its numerous health benefits. Oats are an excellent source of fibre and help support a healthy digestive system, while nuts and seeds provide healthy fats, protein and a variety of nutrients. In addition, the honey used in the granola gives it a natural sweetness and also provides antioxidant benefits.
It can be eaten on its own as a healthy snack, but is also used as an ingredient in numerous recipes. It can be added to yoghurts, smoothies, fruit salads or sprinkled on desserts to give them a crunchy and nutritious touch.
And this is my version, it remains to say that if you want you can add dark chocolate although I would add it after cooking so that it doesn't melt or you can also add dried fruit to the mix if you like, customisable to your taste.

[My story of how I changed my diet]
The year 2020, the year of confinement, was in my case above all a year of personal discoveries in relation to health. I'm a person who suffers from occasional migraines and daily headaches, especially this year, and it really drove me to despair to suffer constantly from these pains. On one of those days I discovered the Keto diet, known to many people, I'd to eliminate carbs and sugar among other things, I won't explain it because it's not the case, well the thing is that during the time I was on this diet (1 month) I stopped having headaches and I felt drained, so I wanted to go further and contacted a psychoneuroimmunologist to find out what was happening to me because orthodox medicine hasn't offered me a solution so far. I'm in fact sensitive to gluten and also to other diseases that I could correct and even eliminate with the right diet.
And so, ladies and gentlemen, in 2021 I've decided to change my eating habits and, even if it's difficult, to research how I can modify the classic recipes to make my life easier. I can assure you that shopping has become an ordeal, because what's sold isn't always understandable to me, so when in doubt I don't buy it, but above all to replace the flours, the sugar, the cow's milk products with vegetables and so that the result is so similar to the food I've always eaten.
Eating gluten-free isn't expensive, but it's not cheap either, and it leads me to reject foods I never thought I'd, like pasta or bread, because the commercial products have a different taste and texture than those made from wheat flour. The commercial gluten-free flour mixes contain sugar, among other things, something I cut out of my diet. This forces me to make my own mix, and I haven't ventured into complicated breads or homemade pasta yet, but I know how to get rid of the "craving" for sweets when I've it. That leads me to write this post and answer the questions some people ask me on IG about going gluten-free: I'm not allergic or celiac, but I'm sensitive.
On the other hand, I hate cup cakes or, as they're better known, mug cakes, they seem to me to have a rubbery texture and I don't like wheat flour in microwave baked goods at all. But, I think I'll capitalise, BUT, I've found my recipe to get rid of my sweet cravings, with a good texture and delicious too, in just 60 seconds, sugar free, dairy free, egg free, vegan and gluten free, I hope you like the show.

Put all the ingredients in a bowl, in the order listed. Stir the mixture very well with a fork and put it in the microwave for 60 seconds. My microwave has 800 W.
TIPS:
Use a low, wide cup, as the cake won't rise because it doesn't contain yeast. If you don't have one, you can use any other cup.
Make sure you stir the mixture well and that there's no flour leftover that's not been incorporated.
Don't cook it too long or it'll dry out too much.
Oh, let it cool down or you'll burn yourself.
Finally, you can decorate it as you like: with ice cream, nuts, dulce de leche, cream, etc.

[English below]

María Antonia Josefa Juana Huerta del Rey is not only a teenager, but also an ordinary girl, not ordinary, but the top of the pile, as she lives in the attic of the building in Plaza Viuda Capeto. Pretty and sharp-tongued, she makes the whole block of flats talk bad about her, well, she does, because she doesn't shut up with the neighbours either, and this drives her parents headlong, one night almost headfirst into the dungeon, because she swore and perjured that the commoner had robbed her while she was going up the stairs to the house and the people in the building almost decapitated her.
Anyway! the story, which is none other than a spoiled girl full of pride and satisfaction, only gets worse in favour of the aforementioned, that she is eccentric, that she eats sweets and cakes all the time and drinks tea with lots of sugar, that she wears jewellery that she cannot afford, who did she steal it from, they all ask, that this and that... I think this story is going to end very badly but meanwhile let's enjoy the recipe for her tea.
Cotton candy tea, Marie Antoinette Tea is nothing more than hot tea poured over a handful of cotton candy placed in a teacup. Bunched up high like Madame Deficit‘s ostentatious hairstyles, the more carefree you are with placing the candy in the cup, the more whimsical the effect.

When princes came from kissing a frog in princess stories.
When milk left you with a moustache.
When you counted "love me, love me not" with the petals of a flower, and if it was a yes, you smiled like a fool, and if it was a no, you repeated it again to make it a yes.
When butterflies flew in your stomach when you fell in love.
When you cried from allergies and not from joy in the spring.
When you wished for a shooting star and you were happy to have seen it and wished for it to come true, even if you couldn't remember it afterwards.
When you liked chocolate and still like it, in portions, in bars, in cups, in cakes, in sweets or in biscuits.
It appears that the recipe originated in the first half of the 20th century in the home of Helen Fredell of St. Paul, Minnesota. In the Betty Crocker "Cooky Carnival" (which features Molasses Crinkles), Mrs Crocker writes: "When served at Mrs Fred Fredell's home in St Paul, Minnesota, they were so delicious that I begged for the recipe. Thanks to her, thousands of households have enjoyed these spicy cookies."

Catinum fictile oleo unguito. Ubi omnia bene conmiscueris, in catinum indito, catinum testo operito. Videto ut bene percoquas medium, ubi altissimum erit. Ubi coctum erit, catinum eximito, papaver infriato, sub testum subde paulisper, postea eximito.

Lola lived up the hill, the pink house, on the first floor, left. She wasn't the typical fortune-teller that celebrities visit, she was more like a local, in a red polka dot shirt and skinny trousers, in her high heels, her eyes painted emerald green.
When Javier, the little university neighbour, asked her about a girlfriend, she would get all red in the face, _Javier, darling, if my husband, may he rest in peace, had had those lips that you have, the queue of women that would have been around him would have been like from here to the supermarket in Remedios,_ and Javier would go off happier than a pair of castanets to pout at the girls.
At night, once a week, Carmen visited her, a good woman if ever there was one, but with a lot of mouths to feed, she wanted to know the winning lottery number, and she told her _Carmen!, first you have to play first so that you can win._ And Carmen thought that if she got a lottery boyfriend, maybe he would solve her problem with the lottery ticket.
María was going to get married, she was nervous because she hadn't "tasted" the groom _What if I don't like him, can I give him back to his mother?_, Lola very seriously told her, _Oh, my girl! the groom I don't know what he'll be like, what matters here is that he knows how to "play the guitar well", that he likes, he likes, I'm looking forward to Saturday to celebrate, I tell you!
And so Lola was giving advice, to one and the other, to this one and that one, without a ball, letters or lyrics, because she wasn't a fortune-teller like the others, she would cheer you up or tell you a story, and if she got angry, oh, if Lola got angry, she would see "everything" almost black, black, black, black, like chocolate and beer.
Today is Saint Patrick's Day, patron saint of Ireland, where he was a slave during his adolescence, where he found the faith to become a priest and where he returned to evangelise the island that had enslaved him. He respected their customs, spoke to them in simple language and made famous the three-leaf clover which is today the Irish symbol.
The Irish personality, their high level of red-haired and of course their Guinness beer cake are well known, as well as the green colour of the shamrock that will colour the world. But March has also brought us International Women's Day, Balearic Islands Day, my eldest son's birthday (red-haired) and, of course, spring, so don't you think March is a good month to have a piece of cake?

No, no estoy molesta mi niña__se relajó.
