[English below]

Sitting on a chimney in the old town centre, Agatha watched the people come and go, she didn't know if she liked what she saw, evolution had made her long for those simple times, in the middle of the forest, the little chocolate house, or as she called it because it was brown, the vegetable garden that provided her with food and a pot so big that when she used it she could have fed the whole town. Now, now she lived on the 13th floor of a building, yes, in this building there was such a floor, and she was the only one who lived there.

She no longer used a cooking pot as she did when she was young, now almost everything could be cooked in the microwave, nor did she have a vegetable garden, the supermarket below her building supplied it without any problem, she had a hoover that cleaned the floor by itself and a screen that let her read the library book she wanted, people called it convenience, she wasn't so sure about it, she had grown up with cats, flying brooms and spell books, and everything worked with just a flick of her index finger, she thought she was very modern with it but the son of the neighbour on the 6th floor had told her that if it didn't have a plug or a battery, it was from the time of the dinosaurs.

I don't like cup cakes or, as they are better known, mug cakes, they seem to me to have a gummy texture and I don't like wheat flour in microwaved cakes and no, I'm not from the time of the dinosaurs. But, I think I'll put it in capital letters, BUT, I found my formula to get rid of my sweet craving, with a good texture and also delicious, in just 60 seconds, sugar-free, dairy-free, egg-free, vegan and gluten-free, I hope you like the show.

· BROWNIE IN A CUP ·
Gluten free
Sugar free
Dairy free
Egg free
Vegan

Ingredients
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 tablespoons water
  • 1 tablespoon and a half erythritol
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoons cornflour
  • 2 tablespoons rice flour
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 1 tablespoon chocolate crisps
Method
Put all the ingredients in a bowl, in the order listed. Stir the mixture very well with a fork and put it in the microwave for 60 seconds. My microwave has 800 W.

TIPS:

  • Use a low, wide cup, as the cake won't rise because it doesn't contain yeast. If you don't have one, you can use any other cup.
  • Make sure you stir the mixture well and that there's no flour leftover that's not been incorporated.
  • Don't cook it too long or it'll dry out too much.
  • Oh, let it cool down or you'll burn yourself.
  • Finally, you can decorate it as you like: with ice cream, nuts, dulce de leche, cream, etc.
